It. abruptly, came to my attention that there are NO investors willing to buy "Reverse Mortgage for purchase" paper in the state of TEXAS.  It seems their lawyers believe there is another Constitutional issue, probably with the TX Homestead Act.

I hope this will not require another amendment to our constitution.   I'll keep you updated. PJ
