AARP reports that 9% of reverse mortgage borrowers said they were offered annuities or long term care insurance by their lenders.  Being sold on any financial product when applying for a reverse mortgage is reason for pause!

Be very cautious, maybe it is time to do some in-depth research before handing over you reverse mortgage cash.  A short term CD could be a better option while you check around for an appropriate investment.  (PJ)
